First of all

we’re farmers.

That happen

to like good food

Potatoes are our thing—call it an obsession.

But while our obsession might be unhealthy, your fries don’t have to be.

That’s why we bet the farm on organic, and started making tasty fries, right next to where we grew em’.

Our fries are simple. Farm fresh potatoes, cooked in olive oil, tossed in savory spices... using only ingredients that you can find in your own kitchen.

Clean food is dirty work.

Good thing we love the dirt.

Our Mission?

Ignite passion in organic, regenerative farming and unite urban and rural communities with what we all deserve—

Real Food.

Our Mission

Regenerative Farming

Long term studies have proven that regenerative farming practices have the ability to sequester massive amounts of carbon. We’ve seen this increase in organic matter on our own farm.

People and community-first business

We believe that our people and our local community come before profit. "Do the right things for the right reasons, and success will follow."

Educate about food

We embrace imperfect shapes and textures- we DON’T believe food should be sterile, bland, and perfectly uniform. It should be colorful, flavorful, and nourishing.

Reduce Waste

Our vertical integration allows us to utilize potatoes that otherwise would be thrown out. Food waste that cannot be saved is returned to the land to provide nutrients for the next crop.

Organic

Not all food can be organic, but we know the dirty practices involved in growing conventional potatoes, because we've grown up doing it. We're transitioning 1500 acres of farmland in the next 3 years.

Fair Business

Power in food is imbalanced, and farmers and the consumers bear the cost. Our long term mindset aligns incentives with the folks that we work with. We measure relationships in decades, not dollars.

ALL THANKS TO OUR FINE, HARDWORKING FARM FOLKS.
